The UIP would like to ask all business and residents not to place refuse bags in the tree bowls on refuse collection day. With 76 additional tree bases to maintain, the UIP cleaning staff is having a difficult time trying to maintain bowls and plants that are damaged and in some cases completely destroyed. If applicable please can the message be passed on to cleaning staff too. Thanks for the support.
