Tourism monitors will be on the ground on Florida Road from 15 December to 31 January. This initiative is part of the Department of Tourism’s training and development programme.
The tourism monitors will be on hand to assist the public with queries and act as extra eyes and ears in the precinct during the busy festive period. They will wear yellow reflector vests and use two-way radios to communicate with Florida Road UIP’s security supervisor.
