The objection period for Municipal assessed property values (Valuation Roll) has been extended to 2 May and it is strongly advised that property owners check their property values. The attached article speaks to this extension and the links below will allow access to the roll.

Note that there are some properties still not appearing on the Valuation Roll, and the Municipality has advised that they will be publishing a supplementary Roll shortly which will include the omitted properties.
