The IRONMAN 70.3 Durban is a peak-season race for international athletes, and a mid to late-season race for South Africans. A fairly flat course, this race is a first-timer and club favorite. As one of the longest-running middle distance races in the country, the IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa is the official African TriClub Championship and a “badge of honour” race for any true IRONMAN 70.3 athlete! The race tests both physical and mental strength with a combination of swimming, cycling and running!
