Derrick Cele joined forces with the Florida UIP as one of our Side Walk Monitors, although already had been part of Florida Rd team prior to the roll out of SM Program. Since 2015, Derrick has taken it upon himself to help members of the community with their shopping bags, alerting UIP security of suspicious behaviour and where he can intervene,as well as, maintaining the tree bowls by watering them when need be.It is because of people like Derrick that help create a sense of community.
