Monkeys are ripping open refuse bags and leaving a mess on the pavements. To keep Florida Road clean we call on businesses and residents to use green ‘wheelie’ bins instead of bags. These can be rented from DSW for just R32,45 per month and any broken bins will be replaced at no cost.
