The Florida Rd UIP would like to welcome CraftsMen Food onto the Florida Rd Exchange. Doors officially open on Saturday the 4th of August at 4pm!
CraftsMen Food started in 2015 with a food truck and built their way up focusing on the concept of low and slow barbecue. After designing and hand building their own 2.5 meter smoker, they started developing the flavours of smoked meats using their cultural background as an influence. With all their spices and sauces being homemade, they cook their meats by smoke only for between 10 to 24 hrs.
